This proposal offers a homeowner an overview of how much could be invested into a project like theirs. We consider this our “30,000-foot overview” since detailed design and selections have not yet been finalized.

2. Do you provide design services?

Absolutely. We have a full design team that can take your ideas and transform them into working plans. We offer both 2D and 3D renderings, and even immersive virtual reality (VR) walk-throughs to help you visualize your space. We also collaborate with a trusted network of architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure every aspect of your design is expertly handled.

3. Do you offer construction schedules?

Yes. We use Buildertrend, our cloud-based project management platform, to provide a complete start-to-finish production schedule. This tool also gives you real-time updates, transparent financial tracking, and direct communication with our team—right from your phone or computer.

4. How long does the renovation process take?

Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. As a general guide:

  • A full kitchen renovation typically takes 8–10 weeks

  • A minor bathroom renovation may be completed in 2–3 weeks

  • Larger, more complex projects (like whole-home remodels or additions) will take longer and are discussed in detail during the planning phase.

5. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a written one-year warranty on all workmanship and materials from the date of project completion. Additionally, product-specific warranties—such as those for roofing, appliances, windows, or doors—are honored and passed along to you.

6. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. The Renovate Team is fully licensed and insured in the State of Oklahoma. We meet or exceed all local building requirements and carry both liability and workers' compensation insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

7. Can you help with permitting and inspections?

Yes. We manage all permitting, code compliance, and inspection processes on your behalf. Our team is experienced with navigating local building departments and will ensure your renovation meets all required codes and regulations.
